Making a purchase could not be easier: simply browse our catalogue, click on the items you wish to buy, and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Order’ tab. You will then be asked for a few details to enable us to process your order.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Paying for your order couldn’t be simpler. We accept the majority of credit and debit cards over the phone or through our online ordering system. We also accept payment via direct bank transfer or PayPal. We do not charge surcharges for any payment method we accept. Here at Stealth LED we believe in clear, honest prices. All our prices include VAT and delivery charges within the UK mainland. Unlike some of our competitors who quote their prices without Vat, which will need to be added at the end of the purchase, some will even add a surcharge for payments and handling of goods. You can rest assured that with us: Export customers please note there may be additional shipping charges applied to your order. If additional charges are to be applied, we will contact you before any payment is processed. When purchases are made through our finance option, Stealth LED remain responsible for the quality and performance of the goods. Customers with any issues should contact Stealth LED and not the finance provider directly.

DELIVERY & RETURNS INFORMATION
At Stealth LED, we are committed to offering you the best prices. Please note that all our website prices include delivery to the UK mainland. For delivery addresses outside the UK mainland, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you before processing any payment if additional charges are necessary.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. If there is a delay, we will notify you promptly. We buy products in bulk to keep prices low and ensure availability. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you and refund any payments made for the unavailable item.

Any goods found to be faulty within 12 months of purchase will be repaired or replaced. Please note, we are not responsible for labour costs associated with fitting our products, whether faulty or not. All items must be installed by a qualified mechanic at a registered garage to validate the warranty. If you no longer require an item, you can cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of delivery. All products must be returned to:

All products are made with high-quality materials and are checked prior to dispatch. If you have any issues with your product, you have the right to contact us to resolve the issue in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

INCLUSIVE TAX
Tax Charges – For orders made within the UK 20.00% VAT is already added. All other orders outside the EU are VAT free & you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero if you are in this category.

SECURITY
Credit Card Security – All credit card numbers are encrypted in our system when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our secure sales computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Goods will only be released after full payment funds have been cleared or authorised.
